Springfield, MO – Local eatery Santa Fe Grill will be turning into the “Santa” Grill this season as holidays heat up and patrons are looking for more festive dining options. One of the events of Santa Grill will be a new Springfield tradition based on Santacon in NYC, San Francisco and other nationwide locations. “Santacon is a non-denominational, non-commercial, non-political and non-sensical Santa Claus convention that occurs once a year for absolutely no reason,” said Herbie Yellerton, “it just makes sense to have it at Santa Fe Grill!”
Santacon at Santa Grill will strive to raise $10,000 for Toys for Tots and donate over 6,000 lbs. of food to local food banks.
